For years sat a dormant, broken down, old Queenslander home, relocated to the Gold Coast in the 70s from Redcliffe. This 70 year old home was one of the only original homes left and it yearned for some loving. Past the overgrown landscapes and the broken facades, we saw a setting that could bring people together. We turned that broken down home into Paddock Bakery, not only for our customers who are passionate about a great coffee and a mouthwatering doughnut, but for ourselves and our family, proving that you can follow your dreams and wake up everyday to do something you truly love. We want to share that passion with our customers who come far and wide to enjoy the food we have spent sleepless nights thinking up, testing and producing at the very highest standard possible.
