Palestinian Land and Water Settlement Commission

The Land and Water Settlement Project is a national governmental project with excellence, launched in March of 2016 to carry out the work of settlement and registration of the lands of the State of Palestine. This project came as an extension to complete the settlement work carried out by the government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan during its rule in the West Bank, between 1952 and the war of 1967, where only 32% of the lands were registered. The project aims primarily to register, record and resolve all disputes, conflicts and issues related to the rights of ownership and property in land and water, which would preserve them from confiscation and vandalism, especially under the complicated political, economic and social challenges that encounter the Palestinian situation.
