Our mission is to create value through long-term, socially-responsible, global investments across a number of industry sectors, including education, life sciences, information technology, real estate and media and communications. In addition to investing the funds of John McCall MacBain, Pamoja invests the funds of the McCall MacBain Foundation. The funds investments are broad but are also consistent with the values of the foundation, reflecting its focus on Education, the Environment, and Healthcare. The Groups investments span all stages of corporate growth, including seed and growth capital. We place special emphasis on investing in businesses with strong management teams willing to co-invest, and on businesses with sustainable cash flow, or a growth pathway to self-sufficiency.
