PREVENTING VIOLENCE - PROMOTING EMPLOYMENT - STRENGTHENING COMMUNITIES IN KENYA Our mission is to support communities affected by conflict with resources and tools to move from crisis and poverty to peace and development. PROJECTS Promoting Vocational Skills And Small Businesses The project promotes the professionality and competitiveness of existing and growing small businesses that are run by a multi-ethnic team. It offers customized solutions for disadvantaged business owners to realize their good business idea. The project trains 200 women and young people in basic business skills. Entrepreneurs are accompanied by a coach and mentor, receive business loans and are strengthened through peer-to-peer learning opportunities.
