Pan African Medical Journal

The Pan African Medical Journal(PAMJ) is an electronic format only, peer reviewed , Open Access medical journal that published its first issue in 2008. In the succeeding years, PAMJ has gone on to publish over 400 articles and is currently listed in Africa Index Medicus, EBSCO, Directory of Open Access Journals(DOAJ), Embase, Scopus, CABI, and Pubmed Central/Pubmed. PAMJ is supported by the African Field Epidemiology Network (AFENET). PAMJ is a member of the Open Access Scholarly Publishers Association(OASPA). Vision To be the leading medical journal in Africa and one of the best in the world.
