PAN Publishing was established in 2009 by Paul Niland and Neil Campbell, the name PAN simply coming from Paul and Neil. Neil had been involved with Whats on for over two years and when the opportunity came up to purchase the title we took it! Whats On is an excellent publication, wed like to say its got better since we took it over but thats for the readers to decide. As Kyivs oldest and most respected city and entertainment guide Whats On loved by the expatriate community and is extremely popular amongst younger Ukrainians who speak English and tend to work for multinational companies. After acquiring Whats On we also won the contract to produce Ukraine International Airlines in-flight magazine, Panorama.
