Panah Foundation: Empowering the Unorganized Workforce At Panah Foundation, we are on a mission to empower the unorganized workforce of India. Founded in 2015, our organization is committed to supporting the dignity and livelihood challenges faced by migrant workers. Through innovative programs and initiatives, we advocate for their rights, entitlements, and overall well-being. Our work is rooted in real-life experiences. Our founder, Naresh Sijapati, has personally walked in the shoes of a rag picker, tea boy, factory worker, and waiter. These experiences ignited a passion to make a difference in the lives of those often marginalized in society. We believe in the power of collective action.
