Panasian Power PLC (PAP), a public quoted Company with limited liability was incorporated under the Provisions of the Companies Act No.17 of 1982 on 22 April 2002 and Re-registered under the Provisions of New Companies Act No.7 of 2007 on 03 December 2008. The Company obtained BOI approval under Section 17(2) of the BOI Law No.4 of 1878 on 26 November 2008. Panasian Power PLC is one of Sri Lankas leading suppliers of clean, renewable energy to the countrys national energy grid.
