At the start of our term of service with a client, we conduct a full assessment of the individual, including physical, social, psychological parameters and also his/her ability to perform activities of daily living. To do this, we consult with family members, current caregivers, physicians, and other professionals. We then prepare a report, reviewing our findings and making recommendations for care provisions, options and costs.
