Parenting Place

Established in 1993, Parenting Place is a non-profit organisation a charity with a heart for families across Aotearoa. Our vision is for all parents and caregivers to feel confident and for every child to feel more deeply loved. We journey with parents from the time their pepe are born, right through to adulthood, supporting them through key transitions and tricky seasons - as well as the highs and lows of everyday family life. We believe that healthy, loving families can transform society. We equip parents with practical, relatable parenting advice and strategies through: Untangling Anxiety: Supporting kids through worry and fear an online, self-guided course for parents. One-on-one parent coaching, available online, or in-person for Auckland families. Parenting talks in schools, kindergartens and ECEs, community centres and workplaces across New Zealand.
