particular is a law firm in England. We help businesses get stuff done. We specialise in the legals involved in taking an idea from the drawing board to the marketplace. Thats a process we call commercialisation and it includes IP, corporate finance, commercial, corporate, employment and basic commercial property work. Plus we chip in with advice on commercial strategy and finance where required. We have a digital service - www.particular.pro - and we spend lots of time delivering seminars and clinics across the north of England. We are the only lawyers to be invited to deliver presentations at Ignite 100 and Searchcamp. We founded the workshop series for the enterprise programme at Northumbria University, the most successful programme in the north of England.
