The Association was founded as the Pasadena Realty Board in 1907 and incorporated in 1922 with the purpose of promoting good fellowship and fair dealing within the industry. Over the years, our objectives have expanded to provide members with the tools, education and opportunities to succeed; to adhere to and enforce the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS; to preserve and promote real property rights; and to serve as a constructive force in the improvement of the quality of life within the community. In 1997, the Pasadena-Foothills Association of REALTORS was formed as a result of mergers among three boards Pasadena, San Marino-South Pasadena and the Foothills (comprised of La Canada Flintridge, La Crescenta and Sunland-Tujunga).
