Pasco County Attorneys Office

The County Attorney is appointed by the Board of County Commissioners and is directly responsible to the Board. This office provides legal advice and representation to the Board of County Commissioners and its employees. The County Attorneys Office provides legal assistance to all departments, divisions, committees and boards under the Board of County Commissioners and the Constitutional Officers upon request. The County Attorney represents the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners during all public hearings attended by the Board. The County Attorney counsels various boards and committees formed by the Board of County Commissioners including Planning Commission and numerous other advisory boards and committees.
