The popularity of American craft beer culture has exploded on a global scale; in September 2014, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam became home to its own premium brewery, Pasteur Street Brewing Company, providing world class, American craft beer styles in small batches with a unique Southeast Asian influence. Using the highest quality hops and malted barley as well as incorporating exotic local ingredients, Pasteur Street beers exhibit character that is not seen anywhere else in the world. John Reid has worked in the hospitality industry for 14 years. After graduating from the University of Central Florida in 2008, he made his leap to Vietnam. In his five years there, he has managed multiple hospitality venues and grown accustomed to the Southeast Asian ways of life.
