Pasticceria Bar Millevoglie

The Millevoglie Pasticceria Bar was born from the dream of the head pastry chef Ennio Facciolla. His working career starts from his hometown: San Severo, Foggia, Apulia, Italy. After few experiences in different pastry shops, in 2013 he attend the Advanced Pastry Course at ALMA High Education in Hospitality in Parma. This experience offers him the possibility of an internship at the Martesana pastry shop in Milan with Davide Comaschi, the World Chocolate Champion. Once he has obtained the ALMA diploma, to increase his skills he works at the Pastry Biasetto, Padua. Then on the 12/11/2015 he made his dream come true: opening his own pastry shop: Millevoglie.
