Pau Hana Counseling

We are a woman-owned and woman-led small business. We are deeply dedicated to serving the local population of Hawaii, particularly underserved populations with limited access to mental health services. We currently have locations on the Island of Hawaii and the Island of Oahu. We strive to provide a safe, respectful, and supportive environment where clients can begin the process of healing and change without judgment. Areas of expertise include trauma, chemical dependency, addiction, eating disorders, codependency, life transition issues, divorce, grief, personality disorders, adult children of alcoholics (ACOA), dual diagnosis, depression and anxiety. We strive to develop a collaborative relationship with clients and provide hope, healing, and empowerment through education, resources, and insights.
