A sacred space for anyone to invoke deep realizations through the nurturing support of meditation, yoga, healing workouts, and circling. Our signature adult gatherings are the full wellness experience in just 60 or 75 min: meditation, supportive group discussion, sound, journaling, and different levels of movementfrom lie-down, to yoga, to cardio. We also offer mindfulness classes for kids. Everything is in person at our downtown Westport studio overlooking the water.
