P&C Construction was established in 1961 and is currently celebrating its 60th anniversary as a general contractor locally owned and operated in Portland, Oregon. The name P&C is a nod to our company founders, Ray Pettyjohn and Don Campbell, who wanted to start a general contracting business that put quality and interpersonal relationships above everything else. As they liked to say at the time, If a client wants a screen door hung...well go hang it! In other words: no job was too small, no task too insignificant. They sincerely believed that honest collaboration and oversight would set their company apart and were proud to say that the standards for integrity they established in 1961 remain in effect today.
