PDL provide Community Consultation, Political Engagement and Media Relations services to the UK development industry. We work closely with a number of publicly limited companies, funds and private developers on residential, commercial and mixed-use developments of every size across the country. PDL is the trading name of Political Developments Limited. Recent PDL projects include: Basingstoke Golf Course - A residential led mixed-use scheme comprising of up to 1,000 new homes. Application submitted to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council in April 2019. Birchington A residential led scheme comprising of between 1,600-1,800. Site is featured in the Local Plan but application currently not submitted. PDL currently engaging with local stakeholders and consulting with community to promote the site. Didcot A residential led scheme comprising of up to 750 new homes. Application submitted in March 2019 after extensive public consultation led by PDL, including a public exhibition. ...
