Peer Support Community Partners (PSCP) is a comprehensive resource for individuals, families, and organizations coping with grief and loss. PSCP tailors peer grief support programs to specific conditions, such as grief from substance-use-related death, death of loved ones from suicide, medical accidents, natural deaths, and other devastating circumstances. The PSCP mission and vision are to advance peer support into a viable field of practice and to improve the culture of grief support across the United States. PSCPs peer support programs focus on person-centered care, trauma-informed practices, and community building, which says to those who have become isolated by grief, You are not alone.
