The PEI Coalition for Womens Leadership (prev. the PEI Coalition for Women in Government) is a non-profit, non-partisan organization dedicated to advancing womens leadership in the political, civic and democratic life on PEI. We work to address the representation in decision-making with the belief that gender equity in decision-making results in more equitable policies and outcomes for all. To accomplish our mandate, the Coalition addresses systemic and structural barriers to civic participation by all genders and empowers people with information, tools and strategies to increase their participation.
