Penn State Behrend SAE Club

WE ARE the Behrend SAE Club. The team is an extracurricular (not class affiliated) student-ran organization through the School of Engineering. We design and build a prototype, high-efficiency, single seater vehicle to compete in the Americas Shell Eco-Marathon Competition. The endurance, Le Mans-type race takes place at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway every April with the goal to get the most efficient combined engine and electrical lap. Any Penn State Behrend student can join, no matter your major or technical skills. All companies, organizations and individuals can sponsor.
