Our mission is to create the music industrys next generation of leaders whether that be artists, producers, businesspeople, or media specialists. At PSMG, students strive to push the music industry forward and find new ways to change the creative landscape. Ultimately, Penn State Music Groups vision is to bridge the gap between Penn State and the music industry. From our organization, students will develop project-centered experience across the practices of song creation, management, A&R, marketing, videography, and more. Penn State Music Group is modeled from seasoned, industry-wide companies. Thus, we aim to garner attention from major music industry entities and see that our students find a career path that aligns with their creative passions. We not only want to enhance the music industry education available for students, but we aim to make Penn State a target for major music companies.
