Pension Insurance Company DSK-Rodina was founded in 1997. The main shareholder in the company is DSK Bank (with 99.85%). Currently DSK Bank is 99,92% owned by the Hungarian OTP Bank. Currently PIC DSK-Rodina is the only company on the Bulgarian market to offer full range of pension products. PIC DSK-Rodina manages and represents four funds for supplementary pension insurance.
