Pentagon was established in March 1991. The company originally operated just one Vauxhall dealership at Pentagon Island in Derby. Since those early days the business has grown to become one of the largest dealer groups in the UK operating dealerships representing Citroen, CUPRA, Dacia, Ford, Kia, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Peugeot, Seat, Renault and Vauxhall. Today Pentagon is a division of Motus Group (UK) Ltd, which, in turn, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Imperial Holdings Ltd, a company listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, employing 49,000 people in its operations in 33 different countries and with annual revenues in excess of 7 billion.
