PeoplePoint (HRSSC- Irish Civil Service)

PeoplePoint is the Human Resource and Pensions Administration Centre that will provide HR services to 39 Irish Government Departments and Offices when fully established. PeoplePoint brings together shared HR and Pension processes and systems from across the Civil Service Departments and Offices to ensure a more consistent and efficient HR and Pension Service. The Centre is currently conducting the HR and Pensions administration for 35 Departments and Offices, approximately 30,000 customers, with the remaining Departments/ Offices moving across in 2016. PeoplePoint was the CCMA (Customer Contact Management Association) winner of the Shared Services Centre of the Year 2015.
