Our mission: At Perfect Keto, our mission is to make the world a better place by helping people reach a state of optimal health. We accomplish this aim through a combination of education and giving people access to real-food nutrition. We choose food as the place to start this conversation because we believe nutrition (aka what you put in your body every single day) has largest lever in your own life and to improve the world. The big problem were solving: Next time youre in a public setting, look around you. The general health of the Western world is not in a great place. 50% of the country is managing a lifelong chronic disease. 1/3 of the country is diabetic or pre-diabetic. 2/3 of the country takes a prescription drug that is intended for lifelong use.
