Period Reality is a global movement, that educates about and advocates for living in sync with ones biorhythm. By understanding and honoring the natural rhythms of our bodies, we can create a more harmonious world where everyone can thrive. We live in a world designed around men and their 24 hour cycle. Every day we are expected to show up with the same amount of energy. It is time for a more inclusive society where people with periods are educated about their cycle and can show up as their full, authentic self at any point during the cycle. We are pushing the envelope on Womens Health and Wellbeing, Educating Young Women and Girls, Gender Equity and Equality, Womens Empowerment, Gender Development, Women in Leadership, Employee Enablement and Inclusive Societies by educating about and advocating for living in sync with your cycle.
