The Personal Support Network currently provide person centred care and support services to individuals who live in the Middlesbrough, Redcar and Stockton locality. Some of the services we provide include domiciliary care, personal care, social support, educational and work support. Care and support can be arranged through health and social care professionals or can be arranged privately. Our dedicated team of staff can support you to gain an understanding of personalisation and accessing care and support packages through personal budgets.
