What is required to develop the railway industry in Peru and Latin America? One of the factors is having specialized professionals; also it is necessary to create a flow of opinions, an initiative that seeks to encourage the incorporation of more engineers and technicians to the railway family. Considering that, Peru sobre Rieles (PERIELES) - Peru on Rails was born, a non-profit civil association run entirely by volunteers. Our goal is to promote the creation of railway human capital in Peru and encourage the inclusion of more engineers and technicians into the railway family to continue the development of this kind of projects. Peru sobre Rieles (PERIELES) is aimed at developing projects in 4 pillars of success: Academy Management, Community Management, Companies Management and Government Management.
