Petchey Holdings Ltd is a privately owned property company, founded by Sir Jack Petchey CBE, based in Londons Docklands. We currently manage a commercial portfolio which includes over 4 million sq. ft. of industrial properties together with a large Central London Residential portfolio comprising over 350 flats, predominantly within prime West London locations around Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster. Whilst Petchey is predominantly an active asset manager it also has a number of joint venture development projects working with a range of JV partners including developers and architects to deliver multiple housing/ apartment developments and mixed use schemes. Petchey Holdings Ltd is currently focused on the expansion of its industrial portfolio purchasing investments within London and the South East with recent acquisitions in London, Surrey, Essex, Kent and Sussex.
