An uber-cool Wood oven Pizzeria in Loughborough & Leicester, keeping it simple, slow-rise sourdough pizzas that are topped with a volcanic grown tomato, fiori di latte cheese, cured meats, and cooked for 90 seconds at high temperature in a brick oven. Serving bottled refreshments, with furniture which is all up for sale, we stole the idea from the Neapolitan artisans. Everything has been thought about, our aim is to cure the injured name of pizza. The pizza you see today is usually deep-pan, thin & crispy or stuffed crust but these are more modern, American varieties; aka imposters. Peter pizza is authentic, traditional, Neapolitan pizza the original and best, made fresh on site each day for you. We go above and beyond to make our pizza as authentic as possible. Our bases are made from hand-shaped, fermented sourdough which use caputo flour (said to be the best in the world), and our ingredients are either sourced from Italy, or locally in Leicestershire.
