Phoenix Houses of California is comprised of four locations. Lake View Terrace houses our senior leadership team, an adolescent residential substance abuse program, outpatient services for youth and adults, a Wraparound team, and prevention services. Venice Beach is an adult male-only residential substance abuse treatment program. Orange County offers residential substance abuse treatment for women and men- housed in separate areas.
