Picha Inc. is a company located in Nairobi, Kenya where we combine different talents from the youths who do what they love and execute to their best performance to meet their clients needs and wants. Our vision is to capture a wide market in the entertainment industry both locally and internationally. Our mission is to encourage youth employment, innovation and creativity. When a client has an idea or a problem we always use 3 approaches to solve the clients problem : First, we always try to IMAGINE, where we understand a clients perception and idea through our knowledge, then we create an imaginary scene or we picture the idea or the problem through our creative thinking. Then we CREATE, where we put together all the ideas and what we have generated through our creative thinking and we look for ways in which the problem can be solved. Then we EXECUTE, wherein this approach is we solve the clients problem
