Pickering and Ferens Homes

Pickering and Ferens Homes is a registered charity, social landlord and a member of the Almshouse Association. With over 1,400 properties, PFH is the largest locally based independent housing association for older people operational exclusively within Hull and East Yorkshire. In line with our charitable objectives, we provide accommodation and services predominantly for residents aged over 60 years old with a particular social value emphasis on health and wellbeing in later life. Delivering Value for Money (VFM) is an integral part of PFHs corporate values; we strive to run an efficient and effective organisation whilst providing value for money services to our customers.
