Pickle Shack

Pickle Shack is a young and ambitious food company delivering creative catering and events in the South West of England. Our Produce Promise is at the heart of everything we do. Its quite the feat to solely use local, sustainable and ethically sourced produce when you are catering for the masses, but there is no doubt that its worth the effort. At least 80% of our ingredients are sourced from within a 10 mile radius of an event venue (or from within 10 miles of our preparation kitchen, whichever allows for fewer food miles). We work with you on an entirely bespoke basis! Our Michelin trained chefs will advise at every step regarding flavour combinations, seasonality and local produce to develop your menu. It all began in July 2014, when Josh and Jodie hosted their first pop up restaurant to a sellout crowd of over 100 people.
