The Pilates studio is a fully equipped studio offers variety of classes by professional instructors in a warm and friendly atmosphere in two locations in Bangkok metropolitan, Phloenchit and Nichada Thani. Offering Pilates mat, Pilates apparatus, fit ball, NIA, Garoda, Gyrotonic, Prenatal & Postnatal classes and more as well as many interesting workshop on a monthly basis. We also offer Pilates certification courses by Peak Pilates and prenatal certification courses. At the pilates studio we pay great attention to your needs: In order to make sure that each client is getting the individual attention that he/she needs, all classes are performed in small groups: Mat classes are limited to 10-15 people only Pilates apparatus classes are limited to 5 people only.
