P.K. Management Group, Inc. (PKMG) is a national real estate management company with extensive experience in managing, preserving and providing environmental services for residential and commercial properties. Since its inception in 2005, the firm has performed as both a Prime Contractor for Federal agencies and operated as a Subcontractor to various government and private sector clients. PKMG is currently the sole Prime Contractor serving as Field Service Manager (FSM) in six (6) Contract Areas for the HUD M&M 3.6 Field Service Management (FSM) Project and as well as for Area 2D for the HUD M&M 3.8 Project. The states in these areas include IL, IN, KY, TN, NC, SC, MS, AL, NV, ID, WA, OR, AK, OK, MO, LA, South TX, KS, and AR.
