PLACE is a team of creative design professionals committed to high quality architecture and urban design. We believe in the power of place- making to enhance our quality of life. Our goal is to contribute to a sustainable society through the thoughtful design of beautiful spaces, engaging buildings and walkable communities. Our diverse portfolio includes multi-family residential, commercial, and institutional projects. In addition to our architectural work, we provide urban design services including site plan studies for individual parcels and master plans for larger mixed-use districts. PLACE currently has 18 active projects representing over $300 million in construction value. Our design award winning projects include Armature Works, Graham at Gracepoint Apartments, 475 Condominiums, Seybold Lofts, Grand Central Brewhouse and the Morean Arts Center.
