PLAFAR is a chain of natural goods stores, with a notorious name which, in Romania has become generic for this type of business. Following company privatization, Plafar Retail upgraded the old locations and built new ones. The current main locations are in busy commercial centers. Plafars new identity includes a new logo and concept to be applied throughout the process in all locations. The new look is fresh and inviting, and the store concept includes a fresh bar which has already been implemented in 3 of the locations. Plafar Retail has 23 locations in the entire country. The modernization process included the infrastructure as well as of the management, communication and operation means, keeping up with the modern techniques specific to retail activities.
