Plasticair is a tightly integrated developer and manufacturer of specialized emission control solutions. We are committed to offing a unique combination of engineering excellence and manufacturing craftsmanship to help our clients solve the most demanding environmental challenges. Plasticair was founded in 1980 by the late Richard Sixsmith. Richard was trained in England and was involved in the FRP Fan and Scrubber business since 1962. In 1974 he was invited to join the Plastic fabrication division of a Canadian multi-national, and became General Manager in 1976. In 1980, the division closed several cash intensive divisions, including the plastics division. This decision allowed Plasticair to be formed and complete residual contracts. Since that time, Plasticair has seen its sales grow exponentially while maintaining our original client base.
