The Plum is also an active Inn, Banquet Facility and Caterer. Matt George, current owner and operator, purchased the business in 2021 from long time mentor and restauranteur Angelo Evangelista. Matt is a veteran of the restaurant industry, starting as a bus boy at just 13 years old. This is where Matt found his true passion for the industry, and Angelo took him under his wing showing him the ins and outs of the business.
