When we came back stateside and our cravings started to kick in, we searched and searched for an alternative and found none. Another option was to mimic it at home, however, we could never quite get it to that elusive Ono status. However, during those test runs, we experimented/came upon multiple recipe ideas that we liked and then we began further trials and tests and we wanted to bring it to market in Arizona and put our stamp on it.
