POLIEX was established in 1982 as a factory specialized in the production of plastic explosives. In order to expand product range and to fulfill market needs through its own R&D, Poliex has managed to start the production of initiating devices for blasting in mining industry (electric detonators, non-electric detonators, detonating caps and delay components for detonating cord) as well as the production of semi-plastic mining explosives for special application in surface and underground blasting. With its own production of explosives and initiating devices Poliex is offering mining and blasting services for the civil industry. We are proud to mention that its Chemical Department consists of experienced, recognized chemical engineers thanks to which Poliex is a factory for the production of a wide range of chemicals used in the industry.
