Poplar Union is an arts and community venue in East London. We are committed to supporting the local community through art, culture and wellbeing. offer a diverse programme of events, including family activities, performances in comedy, spoken word, music, dance and theatre, health and wellbeing classes and much more all contributing to creating a real destination for the community. Along with putting on in-house events, we have two great multi-functional spaces available to hire. Betty, our largest space, and Mike, our meeting room, can be used for performances, live music, celebrations, meetings, launches, shooting and photography locations and much more. Hire a space at Poplar Union and youll also have the option to make use of our excellent general facilities: a cafe/restaurant/bar space with catering available, air conditioning, showers and lockers, toilets and baby change facilities, all in a clean, modern building with full disabled access and facilities
