Positive Childhood Alliance NC (PCANC), formerly Prevent Child Abuse NC, is a state chapter of PCA America that supports the development of safe, stable, nurturing relationships for children in their families. PCANC is the only statewide organization dedicated to the prevention of child abuse and neglect.
