Poulette is a French-inspired fast-casual rotisserie chicken experience in New York City offering dine-in, take-out, delivery and catering. Rotisseries are widespread all across French cities and Poulettes goal is to bring that simple but delicious and healthy food to New Yorkers. Our approach is straightforward: we source the highest quality ingredients and cook them to perfection. The process begins with all-natural chickens, raised on family farms, free roaming, air chilled, antibiotic & hormone free and with no artificial ingredients. They are then seasoned with herbs and cooked on our French-imported rotisserie machine.In addition we have created a range of seasonal sides from String Beans w/ Mushrooms to brussels sprouts, ratatouille and much more!
