Power for Parkinsons a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that provides daily free symptom focused exercise, dance and vocal classes virtually on our YouTube channel and in-person in Austin, TX when safe to do so. Though a Parkinsons diagnosis can be tough to deal with, there is one proven way to help yourself and that is to be fit and exercise! Adding exercise to your routine will be sure to improve your overall health and sense of well being.
