The competition demanded a concept for several grounds around the building Stadt des Kindes realised by Anton Schwaighofer in the 70ties. The building was a very experimental project and therefore also a big challenge although it was not active part of the competition. One geometric body offers in three positions three types of houses. We chose this solution as normal houses and terraces houses were to blocking for the area
