Pratt Abbott is a family-owned dry cleaning business serving Maine since 1944. With 12 locations throughout New England and over 100 Maine-based employees, Pratt Abbott is the largest dry cleaning chain in the area. We proudly provide the best eco-friendly cleaning available and offer free pick-up and delivery for residential and business customers. As a community-based business, we value our ability to give back. We support local theater by regularly cleaning costumes for several companies free of charge. We also clean all the clothing for campers and counselors at Camp Susan Curtis, a tuition-free summer camp for disadvantaged children. And, together with the Salvation Army, Pratt Abbott launched the Coats for Kids program in 1983. Each year, the program collects over 26,000 gently-used coats.
